Ferry House

Ferry House is a cooperative housing environment operated and administered by the residents living within the community. The smooth operation of the house is dependent on the active participation and dedication of each resident to live in a cooperative environment. Every resident is responsible not only to him/herself, but also to those he/she lives with. Residents of the cooperative are required to pay a nominal board fee prior to the start of each academic semester for food supplies. This arrangement allows for personal growth somewhat different from what occurs in a more traditional residence hall living situation. Cooperative housing welcomes all students who wish to live cooperatively in an environment that is unique and supportive of individuality. Students may apply to be residents of the cooperative during but not prior to the first semester of their freshman year.
