Intersession Housing

The current Inter-session process is under-revision. Implemented changes will be distributed at eh beginning of the Fall 2009 semester. Please know that there will be a charge associated with staying here over any of the breaks.

Intersession Housing is space provided for students who for particular reasons must remain on campus during Winter and Spring Break. The most common reasons for housing include inability to return home to an international destination, commitment to an on campus job, and necessity to practice/compete with an athletic team. Other reasons will be considered.

Intersession Housing begins on the day that the houses close at 9am. Inter-session Housing ends when the Houses re-open at 9am.

Intersession Housing is typically located in Noyes House. Intersession Housing guests stay in the rooms of Noyes House residents. If you know someone in Noyes House and would prefer to stay in their room, please indicate this on your application. Current Noyes residents who wish to stay on campus during Spring Break must apply. The office of Residential Life reserves the right to change which House will be used for inter-session housing.

Any damage to the room you stay in, or common areas, will be charged to your student account. Damage to common areas will be split among those utilizing the space at the time, if the individual(s) responsible cannot be determined.
