Residential Operations Center (ROC)

The Residential Operations Center (commonly referred to as the ROC and located in back of Josselyn by the tennis courts) performs a range of services for Vassar students such as lockouts, making service requests, checking out equipment to both House and apartment residents, as well as receiving flowers and other special deliveries for residents. Hours of Operation

• 8am to 11pm, Monday through Friday
• 11am to 11pm Saturday and Sunday
