Residential Operations Center (ROC)
The Residential Operations Center (commonly referred to as the ROC) performs a range of services for Vassar students such as lockouts, making service requests, checking out equipment to both residence hall and apartment residents, as well as receiving flowers and other special deliveries for residents.
