The Terrace Apartments (near Walker Field House, close to the center of campus), the Town Houses (across the street from the main campus) and the South Commons (near Buildings and Grounds) offer upperclassmen an alternative to traditional residence hall living. 250 students—five in each apartment—live in the Town Houses; 246 students—four or five in each apartment—in the Terrace Apartments; 50 students—five in each apartment. Bedrooms are furnished with the same equipment as residence hall rooms, but residents are expected to provide their own living room and kitchen furnishings.
