Terrace Apartments, Town Houses, and South Commons

The Terrace Apartments (near the Athletics and Fitness Center), the Town Houses (across the street from the main campus), and the South Commons (near Facilities Operations) offer fourth-year (and some third-year) students an alternative to traditional residential house living. Bedrooms are furnished in the same manner as students’ rooms in the houses, but apartment residents are expected to provide their own living room and kitchen furnishings. Unlike the residential houses, the TAs, THs, and SoCos remain open over fall, winter, and spring breaks, allowing students who live there the option of staying on campus.
